To support our continued growth we are looking for a Fire Supervisor to join our team. Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following: Ensure the smooth operation of a designated site Ensure all site personnel carry out their designated tasks efficiently and effectively to enable the contract to be completed on time, with zero defects, within budget and with no risk to the Health & Safety of their operational team, the client or the general public Act as the customer service champion on site The ability to work on multiple workstreams Supervise site personnel (incl. sub-contractors) Supervise the site to ensure it complies with Legal and Statutory requirements Supervise the site to ensure it complies with Health, Safety and Welfare requirements. Support management in meeting the business needs Attend & control meetings with work colleagues and/or clients and customers when necessary Ensure appearances and actions are professional and reflect CLC Groups’ company image Person specification Qualifications Essential: The right candidate must have or be willing to work towards FIRAS Accreditation NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Joinery or other relevant trade, or equivalent level of competence obtained from on-the-job experience Desirable: CSCS Card Relevant experience Essential: Proven experience working as a dedicated Supervisor for fire and protection works Experience in working in social housing/health/high street sector Previous experience supervising fire stopping/door installers Trade background experience Knowledge/Awareness of Health and Safety on site Aptitude, skills & abilities Essential: The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to use own initiative Excellent communication skills Ability to diagnose/problem solve Personal attributes Essential: Proactive Enthusiastic with personal drive Adaptable All site workers will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
