THE JOB: Working within hospital environments (NHS & Private) selling a range of general surgery capital equipment. Typical decision makers you will talk to in hospitals include surgeons, theatre staff and procurement managers. Full product training will be provided and career and earning prospects are very attractive.
1. Field based 4 days per week and in theatre regularly
2. Full ownership of growing your territory by organising meetings, conducting product training sessions, and delivering clinical support.
3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, setting clear goals to achieve and exceed sales targets!

REQUIREMENTS:
4. Either medical capital equipment sales experience OR
5. Medical device sales / theatre/surgical rep
6. Clinical candidates with a strong drive to move into commercial
7. Full driving licence

The Package for Surgical Sales Rep:
· Basic: £35,000 to £50,000 - depending on experience - £55K for industry experience only
· Bonus: £28,000+ uncapped
· Car: £500p/m car allowance or company car
