Description and requirements

We are looking for a Piling Rig Operator to join our Cementation team working UK wide.
You’ll:
1. Under the supervision and instruction of the Contract Supervisor or Piling Chargehand, perform and complete the tasks given within the piling process.
2. Maintenance of drilling equipment, small plant and tools
3. Provide all required paperwork, namely, drillers logs, equipment inspection sheets, pre-start rig checks, progress reports and timesheets on a weekly basis for approval.
4. Coordinate and work with any Rig Attendants and associated site Operatives.
5. Assist the site team to construct piles by placing concrete and steel into the bore, to Company specifications and design.
6. Assist the site to keep the site working area clean & tidy, preventing risk of injury and other hazards to yourself and colleagues.
We’re looking for:
7. A valid in date CSCS/CPCS Card with the relevant categories
8. Previous experience operating Piling Rigs.
9. A demonstrable understanding of various project or site-based drilling techniques, with the ability to use and operate complex rotary Drilling Rigs
10. Flexibility in your working shift to suit piling activities and achieve production targets.
11. Able to travel and work around the UK.
