Your Role
We are currently seeking a passionate Room Leader to join our dedicated team. This full-time role requires working 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification. Please note, this is a year-round position, as the nursery operates throughout the year.

As Room Leader, You Will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children, appropriate to their age and stage of development.
* Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
* Assist staff in updating the EyLog system and child learning journals with the highest quality.
* Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility for this position.
* Embed an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
* Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff on the EyMan system.
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor at all times.
* Understand and ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
What You Need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years - Essential
* Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position - Desirable
* Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
* Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English - Essential
