Revenue Operations Manager
About Us
At Encord, we're building the AI infrastructure of the future. The biggest challenge AI companies face today isn’t headline-grabbing — it’s data quality. The success of every AI model hinges on the quality of its training data — and for most teams, this process is still painfully manual, time-consuming, and expensive. We experienced this problem firsthand as ex-computer scientists, quants, and engineers. The tools didn’t exist to iterate on data pipelines the way developers iterate on code. So we built Encord to change that. Today, we’re the go-to training data platform for hundreds of the top AI teams across industries like healthcare, robotics, and autonomous vehicles. Backed by leading investors including CRV, Y Combinator, and Next47, we’re a team of 75+ working at the cutting edge of deep learning and computer vision. We're growing fast — and to power that growth, we’re looking for a smart, driven Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale the systems, processes, and insights that drive our go-to-market success.
The Role
As Encord’s first Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll own and build the operational backbone of our go-to-market (GTM) organization. You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure data, tools, and strategy are tightly aligned to fuel our ambitious growth goals. You’ll help us understand what’s working (and what isn’t), and design scalable processes that enable better forecasting, faster decision-making, and more efficient execution. Whether you’re building dashboards, improving funnel conversion, or working with leadership to refine territory models — your work will be critical in helping Encord scale effectively. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at a pivotal moment in our journey. If you're excited by data, systems thinking, and building from zero to one — we want to hear from you.
