Weare looking to appoint a Non-Executive Director who is an experienced senior educational leader with a particular focus on schools. You will provide insight and support to our mental health delivery in schools, and across the children and young peoples' clinical pathway. You will be key to helpingus look beyond the boundaries of our Trustandbuildrelationships and partnershipswithour community and acrossa broad range of public, voluntaryand social enterprise sector organisations. Youralignment with our values andability to think strategically will be key and of equal importance with your experience to help shape our services.

Person Specification
Experience
* Prior senior level experience in the education sector
* The ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision making and constructive challenge
* The capacity to understand the needs of our local communities, the roles and responsibilities of the Council of Governors and the statutory and regulatory requirement, risk management and Board assurance processes
Teamworking
* Demonstrable commitment to team working and to partnership and collaboration
* In addition, all Non-Executive Directors must be members of the Foundation Trust (see Trust website for membership qualifications), meet the Fit and Proper Persons Regulations and demonstrate a tangible commitment to the Nolan Principles of Public Life (selflessness, integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty and leadership)
