Role Description
* Have a passion for customer service each day.
* Guide every customer through the Stellantis & You UK Customer Journey.
* Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
* Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
* Propose and sell-up additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
* Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers within the group.
* Act as the go‑to person when customers require assistance.
* Estimate repair costs and times.
* Resolve any concerns regarding suggested repairs.
* Inform and update customers on progress or additional work needed.Prepare and explain invoices and collect payments.
