Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
12. Raise orders, plan and manage the order process with our global supply chain
13. Provide excellent customer service and support for our clients
14. Ensure order data is kept up to date in a clear and concise manner
15. Keep our customers informed of the status of an order
16. Communicate with internal stakeholders on issues
17. Provide supplier performance feedback
18. General administration of own work and digital workspace
19. Managing domestic and international logistics processing and fulfilment with all parties
20. Provide tailored customer support based on developmental, strategic, and global client requirements
21. Handle customer complaints and problem orders in a calm and professional manner
22. Remain vigilant and be proactive in problem solving for our clients
23. Quality control and compliance processing
24. Any additional responsibilities as advised by your line manager

Experience
28. Previous co-ordinator duties in delivering projects
29. Experience within the SaaS industry would be preferred but optional.
