This is a predominantly Monday-Friday, supernumerary position (42 hours per week) with occasional clinical shifts and participation in the on-call rota. * Working alongside the Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the home.

NMC Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN).
* Experience in older adults' care and nursing home environments.
* Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
