Diagnostic Technician Technician Vacancy - Leicester Main Dealer
1. Highly Competitive Basic Salary
2. Individual bonus PLUS Team/workshop bonus
3. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
4. 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings, paid as overtime
5. Salary is flexible for applicants, Master techs, EV Trained, MOT testers, etc.
My client is a highly successful main dealership located in Leicester. They are now looking to take on a Senior / Diagnostic Technician to join their modern and well-kept workshop. They offer excellent training opportunities, such as EV training. They also offer salary/role progression and excellent job security.
Diagnostic Technician Responsibilities:
6. General maintenance, repairs, and servicing
7. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and effectively
8. Perform any necessary repairs or services, preventative and reactive repairs as per the customer's request.
9. Work efficiently, with a keen eye for detail, updating check list in line with dealership standards.
10. Liaise with the Service Department regarding expected completion times.
11. Being a team player and offering assistance in busy times
Ideal candidates:
12. Qualified Technician Level 3.
13. Proven experience working within a workshop as a Technician.
14. Ideally, have an MOT License (not required)
15. Strong diagnostic skills ideally backed by manufacturer accreditation.
16. Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently
