L20 Hotel School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef Lecturer to join our Hospitality & Catering team. This is your opportunity to shape the future of aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals in a vibrant, supportive, and forward-thinking college.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high-quality, engaging teaching materials using both physical and digital resources.
* Integrate technology and the College’s virtual learning environment to support independent learning.
* Stay current with industry trends, curriculum standards, and assessment requirements.
* Maximise learning by starting lessons promptly and using all teaching time effectively.
* Foster a focused, ambitious learning environment aligned with curriculum goals.
* Coordinate with Academic Support Workers to enhance teaching and assessment.
* Use assessment data to tailor lessons and ensure meaningful learner progress.
* Contribute to quality assurance processes, including course reviews and self-assessment.
Criteria
* Level 3 or above qualification in a relevant area.
* Cert Ed or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching at Level 3 or above.
* Strong subject knowledge and industry experience in Hospitality.
* Possess sufficient breadth and/or depth of specialist knowledge in Hospitality to teach on a range of established programmes.
