Job Description:
The Osteotec Spine Division is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the West Midlands region. The role involves promoting and selling spine products to NHS and private hospitals, with an emphasis on theatre environments, building relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Promote, demonstrate, and sell spine products in hospitals
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Sell medical equipment within clinical environments
* Conduct product trials and evaluations
* Provide customer service and support new customer acquisition
* Develop and implement a sales business plan
* Manage resources and stock effectively
* Build relationships with key decision-makers
* Organize training workshops
* Report sales activities and market insights
* Maintain relationships with opinion leaders
* Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
* Collaborate with other company functions
* Spend approximately 80% of time in theatre environments
* Perform other relevant duties as needed
Candidate Profile:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
