Conveyancing Fee Earner
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner at the office of one our clients a busy law firm, located in Manchester on a full-time basis.
Experience in conveyancing and caseload management from inception to post-completion is essential.
Responsibilities
* End-to-End Caseload Management: Taking ownership of files from initial instruction to post-completion.
* Diverse Transactions: Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and dealing with complex elements like leasehold, new build, and shared ownership.
* Quality Client Care: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, estate agents, and lenders, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.
* Compliance: Upholding CQS and all internal compliance standards rigorously.
Requirements
1. Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload from inception to post-completion
2. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience running a full, independent residential conveyancing caseload.
3. Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in complex leasehold matters, unregistered land, and title investigation.
