Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual eager to make your mark in our marketing team? In this exciting role, you'll assist the marketing function by providing accurate, detailed and timely support for the function and wider business. You will assist with delivering commercial projects in time and on budget; whilst identifying and capitalizing on every opportunity to gain maximum exposure of the brand. You’ll also coordinate events, support the sales team with marketing resources, maintain third-party relationships, and collate and report data on digital lead generation as well as driving lead conversion. Strong organisational skills, creative input, and a commitment to brand standards are essential. This role is based in Dereham with some working from home considered and some travel in UK will be required. Requirements Create clear design and project briefs for the marketing agency to ensure a quick turnaround Proof reading and creative input into all marketing collateral Managing our online presence with 3rd party associations and trade customers Liaising with subscription providers to ensure we get maximum impact for our spend Be the point of contact for events and networking opportunities to ensure that we provide all required marketing materials and maximise lead opportunities. Gather feedback after the event to ensure we drive continuous improvement Organise collateral and materials for events for the sales team Attend and support some events and exhibitions with the account manager to understand where we best allocate resources and continuously improve our presence Collate data from various sources and interpret to create presentations for various stakeholders Provide customers with images / copy etc for their marketing collateral Assist with all customer communications Analyse data from marketing campaigns and evaluate results Update websites and intranet with up to date content Provide competitor research Provide project specific marketing administration support The ideal candidate will have a marketing or business related qualification with experience in a marketing role. You will have strong writing skills and an impeccable eye for detail. You will be confident with the ability to network easily, tenacious, organised, creative and commercially focused. Experience of CRM systems would be advantageous but not critical along with an understanding of digital marketing concepts such as email marketing, SEO, and PPC would be advantageous.
