Kyloe House aims to be an outstanding education provider. We are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate for the role of Teacher in Charge of ICT to support a national service for 14 young people, supported by dedicated and experienced care staff.
The Role
We are recruiting highly motivated, committed, and experienced individuals to join our school. The post holders will lead curriculum areas such as ICT, supported by a team of professionals. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative individual with a proven track record of securing strong pupil outcomes in ICT. The successful candidate will need to have the drive to inspire our young people to achieve their full potential. Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster high aspirations within the subject area are essential. Kyloe House features purpose-built DT and food technology facilities, offering excellent development and learning opportunities for the young people. Supporting the ethos of Kyloe is vital.
There are many opportunities for professional development through contributing to extracurricular activities and whole-school initiatives. Education is delivered for two weeks in August, with the remaining two weeks in June and September.
We are offering:
* A starting salary of £35,674 plus secure unit and community home allowance
* Access to the Teacher pension scheme (or other pension schemes)
Applicants should have QTS or QTLS with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
