This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing site undergoing significant expansion, creating the need for a strong leader to take the service department to the next level. The Role: Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy service department, leading a team of 18 staff including service advisors, technicians, and support personnel. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence in line with the brand’s premium standards.
