Responsibilities: As a Digital Transformation Manager, I will have the opportunity to work at customer sites utilizing advanced data and technology to reduce the administrative burdens faced by our operational teams by automating back office systems. I will collaborate with the onsite management team to enhance the quality and use of data to meet operational and client needs. My role will involve rethinking and owning back office processes, ensuring they are accurate, lean, and fit for purpose. Additionally, I will take ownership of operational data and maintain it to the highest standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. I will develop and implement the latest technological advances to drive the digitization of our services while supporting the rollout of our digital training strategy and delivering operational end-user training. My contributions will extend to promoting a data-driven approach to service management, enabling front-line managers to make informed business decisions, capturing system change and reporting improvement requirements, and supporting our teams with service changes that enhance efficiency through routing improvements using spatial (GIS) technology. I will also manipulate large datasets for service analysis and contribute to our operational systems.
