Position Overview:
As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our key contract customers. This multifaceted position involves a blend of remote and on-site support, with responsibilities ranging from sourcing and supplying spares to managing repair orders, vendors, and logistics. Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Excellence: Take accountability for operational, contractual, and financial performance related to the contract, ensuring all obligations are met.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customer decision-makers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Balancing Act: Balance the contracted requirements with operational demands, ensuring a harmonious relationship between the customer and our operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Initiate and lead continuous improvement concepts and initiatives to optimize processes and enhance customer experience.
• Contract Management: Chair regular contract review meetings and provide, review, and report on contractual key performance indicators. Take remedial actions on areas of concern.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
