Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support the Finance Manager by managing financial records, assisting with budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy of financial data and contributing to the overall efficiency of our financial operations.
Duties
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
* Support the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
* Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and resolve discrepancies.
* Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organised records.
Experience
* Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is highly required.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
