Within the construction environment, think about buying materials, managing large projects, ensuring health and safety, and customer service. At any given time, we work on approximately 400 developments across the UK, each presenting unique challenges. Some projects are from scratch on brownfield sites; others involve adapting existing buildings like old factories or disused hospitals.
We need people who can bring fresh ideas and imagination, alongside the commercial ability to manage people, budgets, and costs. Our construction teams have been recognized with more NHBC Pride in the Job Awards than any other housebuilder for thirteen consecutive years.
