The Role
As a Research Assistant, you will be at the heart of our talent identification and market intelligence work. You’ll support our consultants in finding, engaging, and assessing top-tier professionals, while also conducting deep research into market trends, company structures, and candidate pools. Your insights will directly influence our ability to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct targeted research to map markets, identify potential candidates, and track competitor activity.
* Maintain and update our internal database to ensure accurate, high-quality candidate records.
* Assist in drafting job descriptions, market reports, and candidate briefs.
* Analyse data from multiple sources to uncover talent trends and opportunities.
* Support consultants with candidate outreach and initial screening.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable handling large datasets and multiple research tools.
