The Role
We are looking for a senior Architect profile who would be responsible for defining and governing the enterprise‑wide architecture vision, while also acting as a trusted advisor on Generative AI adoption and transformation. The role helps customers translate their AI ambition into a secure, scalable, and value‑driven execution roadmap, aligned to business strategy, regulatory constraints, and long‑term technology modernization goals. This role bridges business strategy, enterprise architecture, data, cloud, and AI engineering, ensuring that GenAI initiatives are not isolated experiments but are embedded into the organization’s operating model, platforms, and ways of working.
Your responsibilities:
* Define and maintain current‑state, target‑state and transition enterprise architectures across applications, data, integration, and infrastructure.
* Ensure alignment between business strategy, digital transformation initiatives and technology roadmaps.
* Act as the GenAI Subject Matter Expert, advising executives and senior stakeholders on where and how GenAI can create measurable business value.
* Identify, prioritize, and shape GenAI use cases across business functions (e.g., operations, customer service, underwriting, pensions, IT, SDLC).
* Define GenAI adoption roadmaps, from proof‑of‑concept to production‑scale deployment.
* Design end‑to‑end GenAI architectures, including data pipelines, RAG patterns, model orchestration, APIs, and integration with enterprise systems.
* Establish AI governance frameworks & guardrails covering data privacy, security, model risk, explainability, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
* Support legacy‑to‑modern transformation, including GenAI‑assisted code analysis, documentation, test generation & modernization accelerators.
* Define KPIs and value metrics to track AI and transformation outcomes.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on enterprise and AI transformation through leading architecture forums, design reviews & executive workshops.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Strong experience in Solution Architecture: 12+ years of experience in solution architecture roles and expertise in legacy modernization, cloud platforms and enterprise integration. Proven ability to operate in large, complex, regulated environments
* Strong understanding and hands-on expertise in building Gen AI ecosystems including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agents and AI platforms.
* Experience shaping and delivering GenAI use cases beyond experimentation into production
* Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices
* Strategic mindset, strong stakeholder influence and communication skills
* Experience leading multi‑year transformation programs
