Job Title: Hospital at Home Administrator

Location: Inverness

Job Type: Full-Time

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Administrator to be part of the new Hospital at Home team in Inverness. Our Hospital at Home program is designed to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care, reducing the need for hospital admissions and enhancing patient outcomes.

This service will provide acute, hospital-level care to people in their homes conditions that would otherwise require acute hospital inpatient care. Local delivery of a Hospital at Home service fits with the Scottish Government drive to enhance community services and prevent hospital admissions. Funding has been secured specifically to create this service for Inverness.

The B3 administrator will support this small team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners, staff nurses and the medical consultant Senior Decision Maker. You will work as part of the Integrated Team being supported by AHP, Social Work and Care at Home colleagues. This Team forms part of the Intermediate Care options that are available to people in Inverness.
