New Homes Manager
We’re looking for a highly motivated New Homes Manager to complement our team covering the Luton area. The main purpose of this role is win instructions to new sites and develop relationships with developers in your area.

Key responsibilities of a New Homes Manager
7. To forge and develop relationships with developers in the area.
8. Winning instructions to new sites.
9. Gaining and keeping Sole Agency.
10. Ensuring the relationship is developed and maintained to a high standard.
11. Be the central point of contact for the Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Directors.
12. Be aware of any new sites in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for the company.
Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Manager
13. Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder / developer or Estate Agency or experience such as Estate Agent, Residential Sales, Lettings Sales.
14. Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment.
15. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
16. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
17. Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative.
18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
19. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
