About the Role:
We are a busy property management company looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Office Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and help run day-to-day office and property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* PA support to the Managing Director – diary, errands
* General admin & office organisation
* Raise invoices and assist with bookkeeping tasks
* Liaise with clients, tenants, and contractors
* Coordinate property maintenance and keep records updated
* Assist with payments, documentation, and follow-ups
What We're Looking For:
* Strong admin/PA experience (property or finance background is a plus)
* Good communication and organisation skills
* Confident with Microsoft Office and ideally bookkeeping software sage
* Must have previous experience
* Able to multitask, take initiative, and handle confidential info
* Driving licence preferred (for occasional errands)
