The role:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be a vital part of a motivated, close-knit team, responsible for:
* Negotiating offers and securing sales
* Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors
* Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
* Arranging and attending viewings
* Proactively calling out new instructions
* Building strong relationships throughout the sales process
About you:
* Recent experience in estate agency as a Sales Negotiator
* Sales-driven, proactive attitude with ambition to succeed
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Knowledge of the Norwich market (desirable)
