Purpose of the role As a Business Data Analyst, you’ll map and analyse data-driven processes, capture both functional and non-functional requirements, and propose improvements to user experience and business workflows. You’ll design solutions in collaboration with Technology, HR, Finance, and operational teams with the purpose of identifying and implementing data-driven monitoring and decisions. Your work will underpin efficient, future-proof technology and automation solutions that enhance staff and customer experiences. You will develop and monitor performance via metrics, drive continuous improvement, and support a data-led culture.This is the first role of its kind within the company, so you’ll need to be a self-starter, inquisitive, and comfortable driving change.
