Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people aged 8–18 years. You will work in a challenging yet highly rewarding environment, providing care, guidance, and emotional support.

Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in Health and Social Care (required for senior posts)
* Experience working directly with children aged 8–18 (preferred)
* Good written and spoken English
* Right to work in the UK
* Willingness to undergo a free DBS check
* Flexibility to work long shifts (10:00 – 22:00) and sleep-ins
* Full driving licence (preferred or in progress)
