Key Responsibilities of Conveyancing Secretary:
* Audio typing and preparation of legal correspondence and documents
* Supporting the registration of property documents with accuracy and efficiency
* Managing case files and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties in a professional and courteous manner
* Taking initiative in the day-to-day running of a busy office and working independently where required
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
