Maintenance Administrator

Salary: Up to £40,000 per year + bonus scheme + benefits

Location: Immingham

Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends


The Opportunity

Our Client is looking for a proactive Maintenance and Stores Administrator to support site operations by managing inventory, coordinating stock movements and providing essential admin support to the maintenance team. This role is central to keeping materials flowing, equipment maintained and the site running safely and efficiently.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing stock movements, deliveries, goods receipts and returns, ensuring accurate SAP updates
* Supporting weekly cycle counts and assisting with the annual stock audit to maintain stock accuracy
* Monitoring and adjusting safety stock levels to reduce downtime and ensure material availability
* Carrying out quality checks on incoming goods and stored items, flagging defects or issues.
* Raising and managing purchase orders and coordinating PPE, consumables and maintenance materials
* Providing administrative support to the maintenance team, including compliance tracking, service logs and contractor coordination
* Producing clear, accurate reports using Excel, supporting site management with inventory insights


What Makes You a Great Fit

* Experience in stores, stock control or inventory management in an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Confident using SAP, ideally in materials management or plant maintenance
* Strong IT and reporting skills, especially Microsoft Excel
* Detail-focused, organised and committed to maintaining high safety and compliance standards
* Good communication skills and a collaborative approach with internal teams and suppliers
