Hotel Receptionist – Temp Basis ongoing
Location: North Bristol
Pay: up to £13.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: Between 7:00am – 10pm (Early, Middle, and Late shifts)
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis. The role involves providing excellent customer service to guests, managing reservations, and supporting the smooth running of the front desk. Due to the hotels location, if you do not have your own transport, Live in accomodation is available.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
2. Manage reservations and room allocations using Opera Cloud system.
3. Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
4. Handle guest requests, complaints, and queries efficiently.
5. Process payments and issue invoices.
6. Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
Requirements:
8. Previous hotel reception experience.
9. Proficient in using Opera Cloud property management system.
10. Strong customer service and communication skills.
11. Ability to work early, middle, and late shifts between 7:00am–9:00pm.
12. Professional appearance and friendly manner.
13. Ability to work well under pressure and handle busy periods.
