Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a proven track record in B2B marketing. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
* Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
* Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
* Utilise appropriate image editing software for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
* Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is engaging and relevant (existing site is sub-contract managed)
* Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to maximise online reach and conversion rates.
* Conduct thorough analysis of marketing data using Google Analytics to inform decision-making processes.
* Develop compelling copy for various channels, including email marketing, social media, and promotional materials including exhibitions.
* Manage social media accounts, crafting strategies that engage audiences and promote brand loyalty.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
* Prepare presentations using appropriate software for internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Have an appreciation of and experience using AI tools.
* Be pro-active in sourcing and driving warm leads to the sales team to follow up and close.
* Work with Directors to present annual marketing budgets and plans to drive business growth in line with overall company budget requirements.
Experience
* Proven experience in a marketing management role within a B2B environment (ideally also B2C).
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively using Microsoft Excel.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
* Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as IT literacy for various digital platforms.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
