Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain high-quality
native mobile apps
for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
* Collaborate daily with designers, product managers, backend, and blockchain engineers to build
seamless end-to-end experiences

* Optimize apps for
performance, scalability, and responsiveness
under heavy load.
* Uphold the
highest levels of security and data protection
.
* Champion best practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews.
* Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring
stability and reliability
.
* Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends in mobile development.
Requirements
* 7+ years of professional experience in
native mobile development
(iOS and/or Android).
* Deep understanding of
mobile UI/UX principles
and platform guidelines.
* Proven track record of delivering
secure
applications.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort with
fast-paced, high-intensity
environments.
* Excellent communication and
team-first attitude

Nice to Have
* Experience with
React Native
or cross-platform frameworks.
* Background in
fintech, e-commerce, or super apps
.
* Understanding of
blockchain / Web3 concepts
and how to integrate them into mobile.

Compensation & Rewards
* Base Salary (London market, senior-level):
* First 90 days:
£5,000 → £7,000 → £9,000/month
crescending structure (approx. £60k–£110k annualized during probation).
* Post-90 days:
£90,000 – £120,000+ full base salary
depending on performance and seniority.
* Equity / Stock Options:
