In this role, you will take ownership of contracted works, supporting a top class repairs service that ensures homes are safe, well maintained, and a source of pride for our customers. What you’ll do: * Manage day to day repairs contracts, ensuring high quality service delivery and excellent value for money. * Lead the development and continuous improvement of a best in class repairs service. * Conduct full property surveys, raise and monitor works orders, and ensure timely completion. * Oversee contractors, ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards. * Monitor performance, budgets, and customer satisfaction, using data to drive improvements. * Support and develop team members, including an Apprentice Surveyor. * Assist in resolving complaints, legal claims, and disrepair cases effectively. * Participate in out of hours management as required.
