Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site sales role based in House of Raft, Cricklewood, London.
The role involves assisting customers with product selection, providing detailed knowledge of our end-to-end process (extensive sales training provided), and creating an exceptional in-store shopping experience and atmosphere among colleagues.
Responsibilities include showcasing products, handling customer inquiries, meeting sales targets, operating the webchat and keeping the showroom up to the standards set out by our Visual Merchandiser.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and provide personalised solutions
* Experience in retail sales with a broad range of clients
* Knowledge or interest in furniture design and manufacturing
* Experience with Zendesk or Webchat
* Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment - a people person!
* Passion for sustainable practices and high-quality craftsmanship
* Prior experience in a furniture or luxury home goods retail setting is a plus but not essential
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a fast-paced retail environment
* Experience with interior design tools excellent
Pay
£32,000 (including base salary + commission)
