We are looking for the next generation of sales leaders to join our mission. This isn't a shadow program, it is a structured, three-year pathway designed to turn ambitious graduates into expert commercial professionals, with the opportunity to travel the world helping clients.
Manufacturer of bespoke filtration solutions for a multitude of sectors including water treatment, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, energy, etc. For 40 years, we have designed and produced high quality filter cartridges and housings that help customers deliver operational excellence and meet regulatory standards.
As a growing company, we’re always looking for ambitious individuals to join our journey and we are currently looking to recruit and train new sales talent, through a structured three-year internship, to join the Company’s journey. The internship will be spanning both our Internal and External Sales teams, providing the opportunity to build commercial awareness, master practical sales skills, and contribute to real customer outcomes. At the end of the programme, interns apply for a permanent role in either Internal or External Sales.

Year 1 - Building Foundational Sales Skills
Year 2 – Developing Sales Skills & Customer Exposure
Year 3 – Transition & Leadership
About You
We are looking for someone who combines technical ability with the right mindset for success in a sales environment. We have therefore listed below the essential and desirable skills required as well as the personal attributes that we will be looking for.
Essential requirements:
* Desirable qualifications and experience:
* 2:1 or higher degree (or equivalent) in engineering: Mechanical, manufacturing, chemical, environmental, automotive or aerospace disciplines will give you an edge in understanding our technical products.
* Sales office or customer-facing experience: Demonstrates confidence in communication and customer service
* Full UK driving licence:
