The role
As a HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in providing support on HR matters to the front-office population and aligning people strategy with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance on all aspects of performance management, organisational development and employee relations matters. This role requires a pro-active, commercially minded HR professional who can influence at all levels and help drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Our client is a market leading, global financial services firm who are looking for a strong HR Business Partner to join the team and deliver on end-to-end HR activities as well as, strategic initiatives.
Summary of the role and key responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders to deliver HR support and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.
* Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (COEs) in areas such as compensation, recruitment, ER and L&D.
* Champion a high-performance culture and foster employee engagement.
* Facilitate performance management reviews, leadership development plans and career pathways.
