About the Role
We are expanding our CAD and 3D printing team and are seeking a full-time highly organised and customer-focused Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the department.
This is a key role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A background in jewellery is advantageous but not essential full training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities
1. Prepare and send estimates for new CAD orders and respond to email enquiries.
2. Process new orders received via email and post.
3. Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding enquiries and ongoing orders.
4. Create and maintain organised digital order folders and correspondence records.
5. Cleaning and preparing waxes for casting.
6. Cleaning and preparing viewing resins.
7. Photograph and document customer items (including gemstones and jewellery) and carry out quality control checks upon receipt.
8. Log received items on our bespoke order processing system and allocate to an order.
9. Liaise with internal departments when orders involve multiple processes.
10. Track orders from entry through to completion, ensuring lead times are met.

13. High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
14. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
15. Confident computer skills (training on company systems provided).
16. Professional and courteous communication skills via phone and email.
17. Proactive, supportive and positive attitude with a willingness to assist where needed.
18. Interest in or knowledge of jewellery manufacturing and/or retail (desirable).
