We are looking for a motivated individual with an interest in engine reconditioning and hands-on machining to join our team. This role involves reconditioning cylinder head/engines, performing head/block skimming/facing, working with lathes, mills, boring machines, pressure tester, crankshaft grinding, valve seat cutter and valve refacing. Operate and maintain older machinery, including lathes, mills, crankshaft and boring equipment. Uphold high standards of precision and quality in all work. A strong interest in engine reconditioning and mechanical work. Basic knowledge of and experience with head/block skimming/facing, reconditioning cylinder heads/engines, cutting valve seats, and crankshaft grinding. Willingness to learn and work with older machines. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results. Able to speak, read and write in English.
