R Woodfall Group of Opticians welcomes an experienced Practice Manager to lead our busy Sydenham practice and maintain exceptional care for patients.
The Role
Responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the practice, ensuring smooth operations, strong team performance, and an exceptional patient journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop the practice team
* Deliver an outstanding patient experience at every touchpoint
* Drive practice performance and achieve targets
* Manage diaries, workflow, and operational efficiency
* Maintain high clinical and compliance standards
* Handle patient queries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
About You
* Previous experience in optical practice management or a senior optical role
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Commercial awareness with a focus on growth and performance
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Organised, proactive, and confident in decision‑making
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
