Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality nursing care to service users in line with their individual care plans
* Administer medication, monitor vital signs and support with clinical tasks
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best outcomes
* Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, dignity and respect
Qualifications
* Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
* At least 6 months of post-qualification experience in a UK-based care setting
* A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
* The ability to adapt to different environments and work independently
* Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
