Wastewater Treatment Trainer
role:
The ideal candidate will have a background in the water industry with occupational experience in either water or wastewater treatment operations. They will be an effective communicator with experience in training and assessing qualifications, delivering to a diverse range of learners including apprentices. The role requires professionalism, customer focus, and the ability to maintain and develop strong working relationships. This is a home-based role with regular travel required. responsibilities: Deliver high-quality training programmes to customers and learners. Build training packages based on clear objectives and outcomes. Monitor, review, and update training and assessment materials. Assess learners in-centre and in the workplace. Carry out learner observations and judge evidence against learning outcomes. Track and evaluate learner progress. Contribute to the standardisation of qualifications as part of the assessment team. Liaise with Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs).
