We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Development Manager to join our team. Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organisational goals.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners to enhance support for our initiatives.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials that highlight our mission and impact.
* Oversee public relations efforts to raise awareness of our organisation and its programmes within the community.
* Provide exceptional customer service to donors and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to optimise results.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in marketing, relationship management, or a similar role within the non-profit sector.
* Strong background in fundraising techniques and strategies.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
