Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Leicester
A well-established and growing legal practice based in Leicester is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy residential property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
The Role
You will be assisting fee earners with a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
1. Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
2. New build transactions
3. Transfers of equity
4. Re-mortgages
5. Managing files from instruction through to completion
6. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
7. Preparing legal documentation and conducting searches
The Ideal Candidate
8. Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
9. Strong organisational and time-management skills
10. Excellent client care and communication skills
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office
