We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing team in Chichester. This is a varied role combining sales support, marketing coordination, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations
* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data
* Handle inbound enquiries and direct them appropriately
* Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
* Assist with social media management, content creation, and scheduling
* Support the organisation of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
* Monitor campaign performance and compile reports
* Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
* Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
* Assist with internal communications and documentation
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative role
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
