Are you a Junior Vehicle Technician or Improver Mechanic with 1 to 3 years of experience? We are looking for a hungry, reliable Junior to join our close-knit team. We will give you the tools, the time, and the mentorship to move from basic servicing into complex diagnostics and mechanical repairs.
The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 Basic (Depending on your experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday Only (Strictly no weekends – ever).
* The Environment: A clean, modern, and well-equipped workshop with up-to-date diagnostic gear.

* Location: Sevenoaks, ideally located for those in Otford, Kemsing, Wrotham, or West Kingsdown.
What You Will Be Doing
* Developing Skills: Carrying out vehicle servicing and maintenance to high standards.
* Learning Diagnostics: Learning to identify and repair mechanical and electrical faults using modern equipment.
* MOT Support: Assisting with MOT preparation and vehicle health checks.
* Quality First: Taking the time to ensure every repair is safe, accurate, and right the first time.
* Teamwork: Working collaboratively within a small, professional team that genuinely enjoys coming to work.
Are You The One?
* Experience: You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a workshop.
* Qualifications: You are qualified to Level 2 minimum (we can help you reach Level 3).
* Mindset: You take real pride in your workmanship and have strong attention to detail.
* Reliability: You are a professional "can-do" person who wants to grow your skills long-term.
* License: You hold a Full UK Driving Licence and are based in or near the Sevenoaks area.
