Job Title: Client Service Manager
We are seeking a Client Service Manager for a well-known HVAC contractor with a strong presence across the UK. The company specializes in installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of HVAC equipment, including air conditioning, chillers, AHUs, ventilation, and commercial heating.
The organization operates as an Employee-Owned Trust, offering employees a stake in the company's management and profits, fostering a long-term commitment to business success.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a P&L of approximately £1.3M, ensuring financial targets are met.
2. Oversee service and maintenance contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.
3. Lead and manage a team of mobile engineers, maintaining service quality and productivity.
4. Drive continuous improvement and grow client relationships to secure contract extensions and remedial works.
5. Monitor and control costs, profit margins, and overall financial performance.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in service or operations management within HVAC, leading teams of engineers.
2. Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and plant rooms.
3. Excellent client-facing skills, capable of discussing systems, services, and negotiations.
4. Strong financial acumen, including P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
5. Committed to professional development and increasing responsibilities.
