CRHT Service Lead Registered Professional - Secondment

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month secondment in South Warwickshire CRHTT. The post holder will be required to manage the role and functions within a multi-disciplinary Age Independent 24/7 Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, ensuring adequate skill mix and safe staffing levels are maintained. This will provide a service to people experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis (functional or organic) who require urgent assessment to determine the required interventions using the least restrictive environment to facilitate recovery.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have a defined area of responsibility but will be expected to provide cover for peers across Coventry and Warwickshire planned or unplanned as required. The post holder will be required to oversee the operational duty system, and provide a decision making process regarding workload. The post holder will be required to ensure that the team deliver a range of interventions as per operational policy

Person Specification
Knowledge
* Relevant Professional Qualification ie RMN, DipCOT
* Specialist expertise across a range of procedures, Professional knowledge acquired through degree/diploma Specialist clinical/managerial training
* Evidence of continuing professional development
* Substantial experience in Acute Mental health care setting
