Position: Nursery Room Leader
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round
Salary: £30,056 per annum

Your Role as Room Leader
As a Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experiences of our children. Your responsibilities will include:
* Creating stimulating and purposeful learning experiences tailored to children's developmental stages
* Supporting the holistic development of children—physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally
* Assisting staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and children's learning journals
* Leading by example to promote respect and credibility within the team
* Implementing an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with the EYFS statutory framework
* Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - Essential
* Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position - Desirable
* Knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
* Understanding of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements - Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English - Essential
