POSITION OVERVIEW
We are on the lookout for an experienced professional to lead our Embedded Programme Management team. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and coaching while tackling complex technical challenges across various LMR (Land, Mobile & Radio) security initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will help streamline processes, drive security initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of projects within the security domain.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Oversee the installation process from concept to final handover of all system components.
* Ensure that labor, equipment, and materials are effectively planned and executed by project-assigned installation partners.
* Confirm the procurement and installation of access control wires and cables as specified.
* Manage the inspection, testing, demonstration, and acceptance of equipment, software, and installation.
* Adhere to Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
* Ensure project SLAs are met with security systems operational by Practical Completion.
* Install approved equipment and any additional client-requested equipment according to project specifications.
* Accurately report on SLAs using agreed tools as per the execution framework and PMO model.
* Create and maintain daily schedules to keep projects on track.
* Identify and track project constraints on a daily basis.
* Escalate project issues internally and as needed.
* Utilize approved document management systems and tools for reporting.
* Maintain logs for risks, actions, issues, and decisions.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* Strong LMR technical expertise.
* Experience in radio operations deployment.
* 3–5 years of experience in a project management role.
* A proven track record in project delivery with exceptional interpersonal skills.

* Project management experience in security or radio operations deployment, ideally in a global setting.
* Prince2 or equivalent qualifications.
* Familiarity with project management software.
* Experience in a logistics environment.
* Background in construction or architectural projects.
